Multi Scale Data Minding is a project which integrates the different -omics spaces or scales corresponding to the different domains of knowledge: genomics, transcriptomics, proteomics, metabolomics, structural biology, molecular dynamics, cellular biology, molecular/biological functions, and phenomics. The MultiScale appraoch allows to embrace large and systemic view together with subtile details.
