IRD cluster

More information about the IRD HPC here

To access our facilities, you must have a user account to access the cluster to perform calculations or to use Galaxy workflows.

The machines of the HPC consist of:

  • 15 bi-processor six-cores nodes, each node having 48 Go of memory
  • 2 bi-processor six-cores nodes, each node having 144 Go of memory
  • 1 node bi-processor six-core, with 96 Go RAM
  • 1 node four-processor quad-core, with 32 Go RAM
  • web server
  • database server
  • data storage with a 18 To capacity
