The Cassava Genome Hub
We developed the Cassava Genome Hub, an integrative genome information system that allows centralized access to genomics and genetics data and analysis tools to facilitate translational and applied research in cassava. A first beta version of the Web Cassava Genome Hub was released end of 2015. The hub relies on generic software (e.g. GMOD tools) interconnected with South Green tools (Gigwa, SniPlay, DiffexDB) and supporting data analyses with the Galaxy workflow manager.
